NEW EPISODE DROPS EVERY THURSDAY

The Brick

I’ve been using (and obsessed with) my Brick for three weeks, and I swear I got my attention span back. We’re talking about it on this week’s Cozy Convo - definitely tune in - vbut here’s the gist: my phone is Bricked almost all day, every day, unless I choose to unlock it for a scroll or work.

It’s helped me build a much healthier relationship with my phone, and I’m beyond grateful.

The Warbler

This place is a win. The burger, the mushroom soup, the bleu cheese salad - I’m still thinking about all of it.

And they make a great dirty martini.

The Warbler in Lincoln Square - add it to your list.

All the Sinners Bleed by S. A. Cosby

Anthony and I started a two-person book club, and this is our first pick. We loved The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, so we asked for something similar - and this delivers.

A Southern Gothic crime novel about a sheriff investigating a school shooting that uncovers something much darker. Gritty, layered, and really good.

Sally (Hulu + Disney+)

I knew Sally Ride was the first woman in space, but not what it took to get there. This doc dives into her drive, her story, and her impact.

If you’re even slightly interested in the Artemis program, watch this. And show it to the young girls in your life.

Sirāt (Hulu + Prime)

This one will break your heart. A father and son searching for a missing loved one in the desert, helped by a group of ravers - until everything shifts in ways that you never saw coming.

You’ll cry. And you’ll think about it for days/weeks to come.

First Lie Wins by Ashley Elston

Yes, I’m in two book clubs. I’m listening to this one and loving it. Juicy, gossipy, and someone is lying.

It follows a con artist living under fake identities whose latest assignment starts to unravel everything. Easy, addictive listen.

Color Me Mine

We’re in our two-part evening era: art, then food.

We popped into Color Me Mine to paint ceramics, and I forgot how fun this is. I chose a little Buddha and cannot wait to see it after the kiln.

Highly recommend. PS. They’re in the city and the burbs!

The Cutest Smiley Face Cap

Got this for Luna’s Easter basket and it’s adorable. Comes in tons of colors, but the best part is the “You Matter” embroidered on the back.

So sweet. Ages 3–12.

Stay cozy,

Lauren
