Welcome back, WIFs!
This week, Lauren and Michelle are talking longevity—not in a biohacking, never-eat-a-cookie-again kind of way, but in the everyday choices that can help us live longer, healthier, and hopefully happier lives.
The sisters share the things they’re already doing—walking, yoga, mindfulness, therapy, gratitude, human connection, functional movement, and getting outside—as well as the things they’d like to do more of. Think lifting weights, learning new things, journaling, continuing their education, and figuring out how to eat less sugar and processed food without removing all joy from existence.
There’s also a Cozy Tea moment with ginger, lemon, cinnamon, and honey, and a little reminder that taking care of yourself doesn’t have to require an entire lifestyle overhaul. Sometimes it’s the small things we do over and over again that matter most.
Plus, plenty of cozy catching up, wheezy laughing, and what they’re loving right now—from Everyday With Babs and Witches of Eastwick to an intriguing investigative podcast and Grace Potter’s latest album.
Press play, get cozy, and join us for a conversation about taking care of ourselves for the long haul—without forgetting to actually enjoy being here.
