Now let's quit the chit-chat and get down to making the easiest & tastiest snack there ever was.
Ingredients
2 bags of oyster crackers (10-12 oz bags)
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon of dill (dried or fresh / I prefer the latter because it offers a fresher, stronger flavor, but either will do.)
1 teaspoon table salt 1 cup vegetable oil 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning (optional)*
To Do
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Pour oyster crackers in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
Combine garlic powder, dill, table salt, and vegetable oil in a bowl and whisk until completely mixed.
Pour seasoned oil over oyster crackers.
Toss and stir the crackers extra gently until evenly coated. Have a taste and if desired, add the ranch seasoning.
Pour crackers onto a large baking sheet.
Use a rubber spatula to get all of the oil out of the bowl and onto the crackers.
Bake for 15 minutes and stir halfway through.
Allow for crackers to cool before serving or storing in an airtight container.
~Serve and enjoy~
