NEW EPISODE DROPS EVERY THURSDAY

Hype Women: Breaking Free From Mean Girls, Patriarchy, and Systems Silencing You by Erin Gallagher - This book is a guide to building a community of women who champion each other loudly, consistently, and without apology. Gallagher breaks down how internalized competition, silence, and self-doubt hold women back and how intentional support, amplification, and generosity can change both individual lives and entire workplaces. The book ultimately teaches women to take up space, celebrate one another publicly, and create a culture where success is shared instead of hidden. I read this in two sits on the plane and could not put it down. It’s the reminder that there is enough room at the table for everyone.

Home Movies with Alison Roman on YouTube features approachable, stylish cooking videos that focus on flavorful yet doable recipes for home cooks. I stumbled upon her channel when I was looking for some Thanksgiving inspiration. I love her vibe and how her kitchen feel like you are in your friend’s kitchen rather than a high-end professional space.

Spray and Wash Max - This pre-treatment stain remover spray is designed to tackle tough, everyday stains like grease or dirty motor oil and goes beyond what detergent alone can manage. It works in all wash temperatures, is safe for most colorfast washable fabrics and is meant to be applied before laundering. Buy it. Spray. It. Then let the machine do the work. You are welcome.

All Her Fault (Peacock) - Marissa Irvine, a successful wealth manager, goes to pick up her son Milo from a playdate only to discover the woman who answers the door doesn’t know either her or her son, which is a parent’s worst nightmare. As the search for Milo deepens, buried family secrets, a decades-old tragedy and a staggering deception unravel, forcing Marissa to question everything she thought she knew about her husband, her child and herself. This one twists and turns and will have you guessing to the very end.

Mighty Patch Micro Point For Blemishes -  I could have really used these patches when I was 16. This product is an early-stage blemish spot treatment patch designed to intercept pimples before they fully surface. It features 395 tiny “Micropoints” that dissolve onto the skin and are paired with salicylic acid, niacinamide, willow bark extract, and sodium hyaluronate to treat and hydrate blemish-prone skin. The brand recommends applying the patch to clean, dry skin, pressing it in for about 15–20 seconds, and leaving it on for 6–8 hours; it’s suitable even for sensitive skin.

Shoe Washing Machine Bag - This shoe-washing bag is a structured, dual-compartment laundry bag designed to safely wash sneakers or delicate shoes in the washing machine. The rigid frame helps the shoes maintain their shape during the wash cycle, while the mesh exterior allows water and detergent to circulate freely without the shoes slamming around your drum. It typically features a zipper closure and interior padding or separators to prevent shoes from scuffing each other. Sprinkle some Oxy and saturate your shoes with spray and wash and toss in the machine. You will not believe how clean your shoes look.

Better Homes and Gardens Christmas Cookies Magazine-This year’s magazine gathers the best-loved cookie recipes covering everything from cut-outs and drop cookies to roll out and bar cookies. Seasonal flavors like peppermint, ginger, molasses, citrus, and chocolate add festive sparkle, while the emphasis on “grandma’s generation” style reminds us that cookies are as much about sharing community and warmth as they are about taste. I’m inspired to bake. What are you making this season?

A People’s History of The United States by Howard Zinn - Zinn tells American history from the perspective of everyday people like workers, women, enslaved people, immigrants, and marginalized groups rather than presidents, generals, and political elites. He highlights how power, inequality, resistance, and social movements shaped the country just as much as (and often more than) traditional heroic narratives suggest. The book ultimately reframes U.S. history as a long struggle between those with power and those fighting for justice, rights, and dignity. I am listening when I have long stretches in the car. It’s an eye opening perspective.

Stay cozy,

Michelle
