NEW EPISODE DROPS EVERY THURSDAY

Rockmount Western Wear

My friend Maggie put me onto this incredible western brand, and since I’m diving headfirst into Horse Girl Fall, I feel obligated to share with any fellow Midwesterners who might also be feeling the pull. I grabbed [this one], but oh my goodness, my eye keeps wandering to [this one]. Obsessed is an understatement.

An Evening with March Fourth x Vintage Charm

On Thursday, October 2, join the ladies of March Fourth and Vintage Charm for a special evening to learn more about March Fourth’s mission and how you can get involved in the fight against gun violence. An inspiring night out with a purpose.

As Ever Tea

I’m currently sipping Duchess Meghan’s peppermint tea as I write this. It’s strong, fresh, and fragrant — I love how the menthol lingers, making it both soothing and refreshing (great for digestion and calming the nervous system too). The branding feels regal and a little fancy. It only took a month to arrive (lol), but it was worth it. Cozy, royal tea-time vibes all the way.

Slewfoot: A Tale of Bewitchery by Brom

My oh my, this witchy tale is delivering. After ditching a couple of books that weren’t cutting it, I finally found a true spooky-season page-turner.

Brom’s Slewfoot is a New England horror story where a young widow accused of sorcery collides with a pagan forest spirit, blurring the line between monster and savior. It’s dark, it’s witchy, and it’s exactly my vibe. If you loved The Once and Future Witches by Alix E. Harrow, this one belongs on your shelf.

Jones Road Gel Bronzer

I’ve been a loyal Nars Laguna girl forever, but after a friend suggested cream bronzer, I decided to dip into Jones Road’s gel. Verdict: love. It blends beautifully with the rest of my makeup and gives that dewy, autumn glow without being over the top.

Zanies!

Zanies Rosemont. October 4th. 4pm. You coming? Let’s go.

We could all use a laugh right now, and honestly, think of this as self-care in the coziest form: a festive fall Saturday afternoon filled with wheezy laughs, storytelling, giveaways, and a chance to hang IRL. Bring your mom, your sister, your ride-or-die, or that friend who desperately needs a fun night out — we’ll take care of the rest.

Buffalo Blue Unexpected Cheese Spread from Trader Joe’s

Holy smokes. We grew up in a household where a cheese spread was always at the ready, so it’s basically in my DNA. Add in buffalo flavor? Game over. This spread with a giant pretzel is Sunday perfection. It’s seasonal, so run — don’t walk.

Scully Fringe Denim Shirt

I told you — full send into Horse Girl Fall. I found this gem at Bullocks in Colorado, and I stand by it: fringe isn’t “back,” fringe is eternal. The denim is soft, the fit is sexy but easy, and it’s giving elevated cowgirl casual. Yeehaw forever.

Stay cozy,

Lauren
